What's Covered:
- FREE Measurement Assurance for genuine measuring mistakes, generally within ±1 inch per dimension, subject to review.
- Custom blinds or shades that arrive too long, too short, too narrow, or too wide due to eligible customer measurement errors.
- One-time FREE remake for each eligible product if the size is incorrect due to a covered measuring mistake.
- Coverage applies to up to 3 shades/blinds per residential order.
- Commercial or bulk orders with more than 25 products in one order are not eligible.
- Additional replacement products may be purchased if needed.
Coverage Period:
- 21 days from delivery date to report eligible sizing issues.

Step 1: Measure Carefully
Before placing your order, please follow our official step-by-step measuring guide to ensure accurate measurements and help keep your order eligible for Measurement Assurance.
Step 2: Receive & Check
When your blinds or shades arrive, please inspect the fit within 21 days of delivery.
Step 3: Easy Claims Process
If your product does not fit because of an eligible measuring mistake, simply contact our customer service team and provide:
- Your order number
- 1-2 photos showing the fitting issue
- A clear photo with measuring tape showing both your window dimensions and the blind/shade measurements
- Additional photos or information if requested by our team for verification
Step 4: Claim Review
Our team will review your claim and determine eligibility. Approved claims are typically processed within 2 business days.
🛡️ What's Not Covered
To keep this program fair for everyone, Measurement Assurance does not cover:
- Significant measurement errors resulting from failure to follow our official measuring guide.
- Incorrect dimensions that exceed our normal coverage guidelines, generally exceeding ±1 inch per dimension.
- Measuring the wrong window opening or providing incorrect product specifications.
- Issues caused by uneven walls, out-of-square windows, or structural conditions affecting installation.
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or accidental damage.
- Changes made to the window, frame, or opening after the order has been placed.
- Intentionally incorrect measurements or fraudulent claims.
- Damage from natural disasters, accidents, or events outside our control.
- Style preferences, including color, material, texture, or appearance expectations, such as "I don't like this color" or "It's not what I imagined."
Motorized Products & Accessories:
- Measurement Assurance applies only to the shade/blind size.
- Motorized components, motors, remotes, smart hubs, bridges, chargers, batteries, smart home accessories, and other electrical accessories are not covered under the free Measurement Assurance remake program.
- Measurement Assurance does not cover charging issues, pairing issues, app setup, Wi-Fi setup, Bluetooth setup, or smart control issues.
- If a remake is approved due to an eligible measurement error, the replacement will include the shade/blind fabric and standard required parts only. Existing motorized components and accessories may need to be reused unless they are confirmed defective under the applicable product warranty.

- All claims are subject to review and approval by AOSKY.
- AOSKY reserves the right to request additional photos or information to verify claim eligibility.
- This program is limited to one complimentary remake per eligible product.
- This program cannot be combined with other replacement offers, discounts, or compensation programs.
- Measurement Assurance has no cash value, is non-transferable, and applies only to the original purchaser and original order.
- AOSKY reserves the right to deny claims that are incomplete, unverifiable, outside the coverage period, or inconsistent with the terms of this program.
