When can I expect to receive my order?

The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. If you require your window treatments by a certain date, please contact us at support@aosky.com to confirm the time frame, and you might need to pay an extra fee.

Once orders are shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow up with the carrier.

Shipping Time by Product Type

Sample fabrics are shipped by carrier with lead time of 5-7 days. Mailbox delivery, no signature required.

Standard products shipped from overseas warehouses are shipped by carrier DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, USPS with lead time of 6-12 business days to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Door to door service. It might need your receipt signature to ensure safe delivery.

Customized products (excluding Roman shades, woven wood shades, and curtains) Lead time: 6-12 business days

Roman shades, woven wood shades, and curtains Lead time: 15-30 business days (depending on order quantity)

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, and other selected countries worldwide.

How much is the shipping fee?

Free Shipping on all orders on our website. Shipping duties, freight & taxes are all included in the quoted price. We won't surprise you with extra charges!

Can I indicate a certain carrier?

No, we select and decide carrier according to destination country, order package weight etc. We work with USPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, DHL Express and UPS which are high reputation carriers to ensure smooth delivery. We own direct carrier accounts to make sure shipping service is as expected. We provide door to door service.

Where will my order be shipped from?

  • Sample fabrics are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses.
  • Custom-made products are shipped from our domestic warehouses.
  • Standard (ready-made) products are shipped from our overseas warehouses.

Can I change my shipping address after pickup?

No, changing the address is not supported. Please ensure the shipping address is correct before placing the order.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it

  • Custom Size: 3-5 business days for most products; 8-15 business days for Roman shades, woven wood shades, and curtains
  • Standard Size: 1-2 business days

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you (3-15 business days depending on product type and destination)
