At Aosky, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase. So ideally, you’ll never need to return anything.

If any issues come up, please take a moment to check our return policy and reach out to us first. We're here to help before a dispute becomes necessary.
For the best experience, we strongly suggest ordering a sample booklet or swatches first, so you can confirm the color and texture before purchasing customized shades. Please note that every blind and shade is made uniquely for you, we’re not able to offer refunds or remakes unless there’s a defect.

How can I return?

Returnable:

If a situation qualifies under our special return conditions, we’re happy to help. Should you notice a problem with your product, reach out to us within 30 days with a description of the issue, clear photos and your order number via email. We will repair or remake the item promptly according to your original specifications, and we’ll request that the original shades be sent back to us.

  1. Does not match the size, liner, or the product you ordered.
  2. Not as describtion or damaged after deivered.

Unreturnable:

  • Items do not fit as expected, although they were crafted according to the provided measurements.
  • The color, texture, or quality does not match your personal preference.
  • Ordering the wrong item or color by mistake.
  • Delivery later than your personally expected
  • Reasonable color variation due to fabric dye lots, which naturally occurs between production batches.
  • Color variation resulting from combining different liner types with the same fabric color.
  • Shading level not matching subjective expectations.
  • Incorrect size. Measurement tolerance within ±1 inch is considered industry-standard.

Order Cancellation

For Made-To-Order Products:

  • If you need to cancel or change your order after 12 hours, a 25% fee will apply to cover production expenses.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

For Ready-Made Products:

  • We’re happy to offer a full refund for cancellations made before shipment or within 12 business hours after your payment is confirmed.
  • After the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Cost & Address

  • Once your return request is approved, we will send the return shipping address to you via email.
  • If the return is caused by our mistake (such as receiving the wrong item or a quality issue), a full refund will be provided. For returns due to buyer-related reasons (such as dissatisfaction or incorrect ordering), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. No restocking or administrative fees will be applied.
