Return Policy for Custom Shades

Because each shade is custom-made to your selected size, fabric, mount type, and control options, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect measurements, wrong color selection, or change of mind.

To help avoid ordering mistakes, we recommend double-checking your measurements and ordering free fabric samples before placing a custom order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will review the issue and help provide a suitable solution.

Discounts, coupons, or promotional codes cannot be applied to warranty costs. Proof of the original purchase is required for warranty service. We reserve the right to inspect any part or component before providing repairs or replacements. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages caused by product defects or warranty claims. Warranty rights may vary depending on state law.
