- Measure the top width inside the window frame.
- If your result is 1/16" or 1/32" (e.g., 24 9/16"), round down to the nearest 1/8" (e.g., 24 1/2"). No rounding needed if it’s already a 1/8" increment (e.g., 24 3/8").
- For splayed/recessed frames, use the shortest width (measure multiple spots if needed).
- This is your order width (order exact size—no deductions; factory deducts ~1/4" for fit).
