Inside Mount: Measure the Width
Measure the inside width of your window frame at the top, middle, and bottom.
Use the narrowest measurement as your order width.
If your measurement is not exactly on a 1/8" increment, round down to the nearest 1/8".

Because each shade is custom-made to your selected size, fabric, mount type, and control options, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect measurements, wrong color selection, or change of mind. However, genuine measuring mistakes within ±1 inch per dimension may qualify for a one-time free remake under our FREE Measurement Assurance.

Nice bamboo window shade (woven wood/reed style). I like that it’s natural bamboo with no chemicals, very lightweight and easy to install. Raising and lowering it is simple and smooth.
The only issue is a noticeable defect right in the middle of the shade—a dark line/burned-looking spot that should have been in a corner where it wouldn’t show. It stands out and doesn’t look good, especially in a bedroom. Returning it would mean drilling everything out again, which is more hassle than it’s worth, so I’m keeping it. Decent product overall, just quality control could be better.
