We are really impressed with the fabric quality and sturdy build of these linen shades. Because it's an inside mount, there is a tiny light gap on the left and right edges, which is typical for roller shades. We added side light channels and now it’s 100% dark for sleep.
Sent the wrong color roller and the. The support team tried to gaslight me and tell me I was wrong. They sent picture of completely different blinds suggesting that is what I ordered when what was sent to me was a brown roller. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
Store owner replied: 1.Your order was placed on July 26. After receiving your order, we noticed that the size you ordered did not match the window frame dimensions you provided.We therefore contacted you by email on July 28 and July 29 to confirm the measurements, but we did not receive a response until August 5.We’re therefore a little confused by your comment that we “took too long to ship” the order. The shipment was delayed because we were waiting for your confirmation of the correct measurements before proceeding with production. 2.And you selected [Linen] when placing your order, and we shipped the correct color according to your order.You are now saying that you needed [White] instead. We have already provided the order screenshot and photos of the actual fabric for comparison, which clearly show that Linen and White are two different fabric options.The product you received matches the fabric option selected in your order.
Doesn’t match my other linen beige blinds from Aosky. When I contacted customer service I was told I misread the website. I have bought 6 blinds from Aosky now but will be buying my remaining large motorized blinds elsewhere due to the poor service

Our custom shades are made according to the fabric and colour option selected at checkout. Since different product collections may use different fabrics, shades with similar colour names are not always an exact match in colour or texture.
